We are looking for people who can assist our Spanish-speaking blind abd visually impaired clients in gaining access to our services which at times are only available in English.
The opportunity would go beyond translation and would require the person to also assist in basic activities such as filling out forms, physically guiding our clients around our building.
We serve a diverse cleintelle and the needs of our clients vary. A certain degree of flexibility would best serve our volunteers.
If you have never worked with the blind, we offer training so you are comfortable and can make a real difference in their lives.
