The Case Management Department seeks a personable, computer savvy individual with excellent telephone presence, who has an interest in responding to requests for service by providing information and referral and/or triaging to the appropriate program. This candidate would also greet clients at the front desk.
The candidate would be responsible for answering phones, greeting incoming clients who walk in the center. The candidate would also be expected to learn about the resources and services we have available, search for new resources, vet those resources and offer referrals. The candidate would be entering the incoming callers to a data system.
Hours: Flexible within the Mon-Fri 9-5 Schedule
