Volunteers introduce children to the wonders of nature. They lead field trips through activities and on guided walks through the gardens and trails of Lake Katherine. Volunteers should be enthusiastic and comfortable working with children under the age of 12. Field trips are generally held from March through November, with May and October being the busiest months. Volunteers usually work a four-hour shift at least once per month.
