Classes will be offered at the Hope Resource Center - 655 California Avenue, Pittsburg, CA. As well as other local school sites with Pittsburg and Antioch. Classes will be for children Elementary through Middle School. Trained, certified instructors who are high achievers and are successful with strengthening children’s confidence, self-esteem and performance opportunities!
The "Aspire Visual and Performing Art’s Academy Project," aims to develop strategies to develop a community work-site wellness plan as a way to encourage arts & to encourage local students to broaden their movement, vocabulary, and deepen their confidence in self-expression. Volunteers are needed to plan and lead activities focused on music, physical fitness, nutrition, and healthy living that will engage members of the community and promote healthy habits. This community project is seeking professional dancers and artistic, (vocals and drama), staff to teach curriculum covering musical theatre, Lyrical, Ballet, Vocals - Solo and Choir, Acrobats, Hip Hop & Contemporary Dance.
The introduction to Vocals, Drama and Dance will culminate with a recitals, performed for Community, Parents and Friends, new dances and solos created specifically for the students. Program Director - Ms. Kitty Griffin.
