Trenton Feeding Program Food Distribution Volunteer

Fridays 4-8pm

The Salvation Army maintains a mobile canteen unit which stands ready to serve the community during floods, fires and other emergencies or disasters. The Salvation Army also plans to utilize the canteen to serve meals in the neighborhoods of Trenton every Friday evening anticipating serving 200 plus individuals. We will provide dinner for a range of people - families, seniors, the homeless, veterans, and the disabled.

Volunteers are needed to help load the canteen with prepared dinners. Volunteers are needed to assist with food distribution to members of the community. Volunteers will assist with light clean up after the event. Volunteers should be friendly and work well with others. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
