  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 103 people are interested

Good nutrition has long been recognized as an important tool for managing HIV/AIDS. ASA’s Food Bank first operated out of a volunteer’s car trunk. Since then, it has grown to its current size with a wide range of healthy foods, plus a nutritional supplement program.

We offer a menu of choices rather than a pre-selected box of food. The selection includes fruits and vegetables, dairy products, frozen meats and protein sources, several vegetarian options, and some personal hygiene and household items.

When we say the Helping Hands Food Bank can’t run without volunteers, we are not exaggerating. Without the dedication of our volunteer base, this Food Bank would not be successful.
