ORGANIZATION: Heart to Heart Hospice

Have people told you that you have never met a stranger? Are you interested in giving back? If so, come put your social talents to work. Spend time with hospice patients talking, playing games, reading, crafts, etc. Dedicating a few hours a month will ensure that caregivers are given a break and our patients have a bright spot in their day! You can set your own schedule and volunteer as much or as little as you would like. Please contact Andrea Jones at ajones01@htohh.com or call 317.951.3943 if you are interested!

  • In order to become a volunteer of Heart to Heart Hospice, the following steps are required:

    • Application

    • Background check

    • Orientation Training- This is usually done in 1 to 2 hours

    • TB Screening- A TB screening is required upon "hire" along with one TB test annually.
