OUTREACH TEAM (Core*/Standby) --Must be 21 and up.

Reflections of Love's outreach teams visits local strip clubs 1-2 times a month. Groups of 2-5 women distribute gifts and treats to the dancers and staff. The team offers encouragement, prayer and support to the women in the club.

• Core Team- Attends the majority of outreach events. Participates in team meetings, conference calls, etc.

To maintain stability we ask our core team to commit to at least 1 year with ROL.

• Standby volunteer- Fills in gaps based on schedule.

Skills needed:

• Ability to communicate with various personalities.
• Comfortable making decisions.
• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to approach situations with a nonjudgmental attitude

CARE TEAM

Works with prayer coordinator to follow up with prayer requests. Prayer requests are received from outreach and website. The Care Team will also connect with women we reach outside of the club.

Skills needed:

• Ability to communicate with various personalities.
• Comfortable making decisions.
• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to approach situations with a nonjudgmental attitude.

PRAYER TEAM

Intercedes on behalf of Reflections of Love and people we encounter. This team will electronically receive the prayer needs for the ministry, clubs, etc. To maintain confidentiality, names of individuals will not be included in prayer requests.

Skills needed:

• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to approach situations with a nonjudgmental attitude

Volunteers will receive training and skills that will benefit them outside of the ministry.
