WOW class is held M-W-F from 1:00-1:30 PM Lead participants in seated stretching exercises, resistence training with weights and bands then cool down with meditative yoga breathing and postures. Opportunity to lead class and/or assist staff. Entire duration 12:30-1:30 PM includes transporting residents to/from the class.
