Volunteering & Internships
Our volunteers at More Than Dance provide the support, physically and emotionally, for our students helping them reach their fullest potential and assist the teacher so that they can use each moment of class time to the fullest artistic ability. Volunteers can receive college or high school volunteer credits for their work, which is mentored by the teacher. All volunteer partners must be at least 16 years of age (younger only with special permission from the teacher and parent/legal guardian). Volunteers under the 18 must have signed parental/guardian consent. All volunteers must commit to a full year schedule and may have to perform in any recitals or performances the students of that class are a part of. Volunteers need to commit to a minimum one hour class a week, the students will rely on you and look forward to dancing with you each week.
