ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - Southern California Region

PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Teach people, families, organizations and corporations how to be ready for disasters and emergencies. Represent the Red Cross by distributing preparedness information at events. Save lives and prepare the community by installing smoke alarms.

OPEN TIME DAYS

Minimum 4 hours per month.

REQUIRED TRAINING

• Orientation to American Red Cross
• Disaster Services: An Overview
• Preparedness Presenters Workshop
• On-the-job Training--observe, co-present as required
