Mission Statement

"SMILE" [Situational Management & Inter-Learning Establishment] is an Organization working for the poor/slum/street/orphan children in the developing countries like INDIA. It starts in August 2003 and now it has it's own "Happy Home Project" as well as other projects at kolkata[calcutta] where we are trying to providefood,cloth,education and night shelter.We also work for the welfare of the street children based at Sealdah Rail Station and surroundings.Several times in a year Year we organize Work Camps where our incoming volunteers can work directly with us for needy children of slums & Streets."SMILE" welcome all the International Long / Middle / Short Term Volunteers as well as the Work Camp Volunteers from around the world to work with us. "SMILE" Future Plan: In the developing country like india where many children can not get food ,cloth,education,we "SMILE " are trying to help some of them so that they can at least find the true meaning of life. "SMILE" build -up with the purpose of " Give Smile to All the Children".We welcome all the volunteers who wants to shear their feelings with us and work for the welfare of the needy kids. Our dream is to make KIDS'LAND ,a place for street kids with Free school and Vocational Training center ,medical center ,play ground etc.arround the country and the other developing countries so that all the needy children can get education and post education training so that they can do something to lead a normal life."Today's Children will be Tomorrow's parents",we belive that Good Children can make the Good soceity and the better world to live.

Description

We have projects for Street and Slum kids in INDIA where we need International Volunteers .In the year 2005 we need at least 120 [Long/medium/short term International volunteers] and at least 25 International volunteers in each work camp. With in our Permanent projects where we need LONG/MEDIUM/SHORT Term Volunteers through out the Year.We have programmes from 1 month to 12 months[open for whole year]. Our Permanent projects are..... 1.Happy Home [ free schools for slum/street kids] 2.Street Children welfare project [ A project for Street kids ,support like education/food/cloth/medical/entertainment programmes etc provided] 3. Now we are heading to build the first center of KIDS' LAND Project i.e: a Place only for Street kids . [where Night Shelter,school,medical,playground,language school,yoga ,professional training centers and all facilities will be free for the Street children .capacity will be for more than 100 kids.] Also we Organize Work camps in different time in a year for the welfare of various parts' Street kids in India.pls. contact our Head office for more details.
