City Critters, Inc.

We need volunteers who can commit to 3 hours every weekend to help meet and screen potential adopters in our adoption centers at the Flatiron Petsmart (1107 Broadway between 24th-25th Streets) and in the Turtle Bay Petco (991 Second Avenue between 52nd and 53rd Streets).

You MUST be willing to volunteer at the Flatiron Petsmart adoption center to be considered as we currently have a greater need for counselors at that adoption center.

Here come the qualifications :)

1. You must be 22 or older.

2. We need people who are comfortable handling and understanding cats with all types of temperaments, not just the friendly, social ones.

3. You must work and play well with humans as well as animals, and have good judgment.

4. Good communications skills, both spoken and written, would really help.

Our Volunteer Application form and volunteer information flyer will be attached to the email reply you will receive. Carefully read, date, sign, and then submit a completed application so we can being the process. Thank you
