Hello Hospice Angels!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer.

Whether you are interested in helping directly with patients, or only in the office, we have space for you.

During this training, you will be oriented to the hospice program and receive instruction on our caring philosophy and goals.
If you would like to bring a friend who also wants to volunteer, please indicate it in your RSVP.

Lunch is provided.

You MUST RSVP to attend, by contacting the Volunteer Coordinator at 904-737-2553.

Description

Heartland Hospice is Northeast Florida's alternative to meet the growing need for end-of-life care . Our program takes the comprehensive approach to providing quality care for those seeking hospice services including expert medical personnel, spiritual care and bereavement services.

Our volunteers are the cornerstone of our care. Their loving and generous contribution of time and compassion is what makes the difference in our patients' lives.
