Offer talents to make gifts for patients by quilting, sewing, knitting, or crafting. These projects can be completed at home and given to the patients for birthdays, special events, holidays, etc. Ideas for gifts include: shawls, quilts, blankets, gift baskets, hand-made animals, plants, music CD’s, themed crafts for holidays.

Hospice provides support and care for persons in the last phases of incurable disease so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible. Hospice recognizes dying as a natural process and focus on maintain the quality of remaining life. Hospice neither prolongs life nor hastens death.
Hospice exist in the hope and belief that through appropriate care and promotion of a caring community sensitive to their needs, patients and their families may be free to attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for death that is satisfactory to them.
