Our volunteers, who act as friendly visitors, bring an incredible amount of comfort to our patients in their local communities. Description
Heartland Hospice provides care to people who have a life-limiting illness of 6 months or less. Services include a team approach to care provided by Registered Nurses, Physicians, Chaplains, Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants, Volunteers and Bereavement Counselors. Services are provided in Skilled Nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and private residences in the greater Philadelphia area.
