Provide support to a grieving family member

VITAS Bereavement Volunteers contact family and loved ones following the death of a VITAS patient. Volunteers offer support and compassion. Great for MFT Interns as well.

All volunteers are required to attend a comprehensive orientation to gain the knowledge you will need to work with terminally ill patients. Two TB tests and background check are also required and are provided by VITAS.
