USS Midway Museum

Midway Docent

Meet museum visitors from all over the world and provide a personal touch to Midway's self-guided audio tour. Being a tour guide (docent) is probably one of the most rewarding experiences a volunteer can have on this popular aircraft carrier museum. The USS Midway Museum is the #1 attraction on TripAdvisor's "Things to Do List" in San Diego.

Docents must complete a 7-week training curriculum (6 hours per session) followed by 20 hours of "on-the-job" training.
