Help us: help adopters find pets, owners fix behavior problems, lost pets get returned and so much more.
- Responsibilities: Answer phones, Do adoption/ Intake/ Low Income Neuter paper work, Enter information into our computer system, check messages, organize paperwork & office, Update waitlist & wish list, Update lost & found board.
- Time Commitment: At least one day per week for 1 hour (Noon-5PM Tue-Fri, 10AM-4PM Sat)

The Franklin County Humane Society is a private non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation founded to provide temporary shelter and care for homeless and lost dogs and cats, to find permanent loving homes for these animals, to reduce pet overpopulation by promoting spaying and neutering, to prevent cruelty to animals, and to educate the community about animal welfare. We operate Animal Harbor, a no-kill shelter.
