The event is a fabulous luncheon where local women dressed in different themed witch hats will help share in causes to help disadvantaged women and children. The Wonderful Witchy Women event will show a video and feature speakers from the charities. We will have a silent auction, candy sales, and ask-a-thon to raise funds for the charities.
We are looking for volunteers, 18 and older, to assist during the luncheon. We need help with the mobile silent auction, candy sales, registration, and auction checkout. Volunteers must be able to stand and walk for up to four hours, with short breaks. Light snacks will be provided. Parking expenses are not covered. We appreciate your assistance.
This is a fun and festive event. If you wish to wear a witch hat, please do so.

The Bella Vista League is a group of women dedicated to making a difference in other people's lives. An annual fundraising event, called Wonderful Witchy Women with a cause, is held to raise funds for charities serving local families and children in crisis. Different non-profit groups are carefully selected each year.
Description
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help at our annual fundraising luncheon event held in October each year. This year, you will be helping to make a difference in the lives of single mothers, college students, and shelter for disadvantaged families.
