AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, THE HUMAN SERVICES CAMPUS, INC. (HSC):
- Operates the "front door" to the Campus via the Brian Garcia Welcome Center
- Is the lead agency for single adult "coordinated entry" in the Valley, which means conducting intakes and assessments for all guests.
- Connects individuals to a wide array of services guided by our HSC Navigator staff and provides matches to housing
- When possible, conducts "diversions" from the Campus by helping connect guests with family or friends
- Provides additional hospitality resources including post office services and bag storage for Campus guests
- Maintains a safe and secure Campus environment
- Leads and fosters collaboration amongst the partner agencies to ensure our focus is ultimately about ending homelessness of our guests
Volunteer Position: Mail Room Specialist
Tasks Include:
- Sorting and stamping daily mail trays
- Organizing mail and creating package slips
- Handing out mail to clients and HSC staff
