PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the platelet donor experience. Create a climate where Apheresis donors feel welcome and valued. In addition, encourage donors to return by providing educational facts.
OPEN TIME DAYS
One 4-hour shift per week for 6 months or two 4-hour
shifts per month for 1 year or more
- 2 hour orientation
- 1-2 mentoring shifts
- Ongoing training and updates
