ARE YOU WILLING TO:
- attend monthly meetings on the last Monday of each month from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. currently held at the Valencia Library, 202 W. Valencia
- respect confidentiality
- meet to complete initial paperwork
- have a background check and be able to acquire a clearance card
- attend trainings

To support the choices of individuals with disabilities and their families by promoting and providing within communities, flexible, quality, consumer-driven services and supports.
Description
Coordinates and provides services and supports for people of all ages who have a developmental disability. Children 0-5 may be eligible of they have a developmental delay or are at risk of a developmentl disability. Services include support coordination; in-home family support; supported living; adult programs; adaptive equipment; early intervention; physical, occupational and speech therapies; and counseling.
