Helping Link/Một Dấu Nối is looking for a creative, talented volunteer to contribute your skills as a Program Director for our Fall annual fundraiser. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in organizing a fundraising event and supporting all elements from logistics to marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and be available on-site day of event
- Identify and pursue potential spaces, websites or businesses to advertise for the event.
- Support marketing and communications materials for the event program booklets, table cards and more.
- Outreach to sponsors.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a large-scale event with a fundraising focus.
- Possess strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and lead a variety of volunteers.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and manage time wisely. Function as a cooperative member of a team.
