Description:
Provide an excellent/positive experience to encourage future donations while picking up donations using the ReStore truck.
Responsibilities:- Assist Staff Member in picking up donations from donor’s homes.
- Assist in unloading donations at the ReStore
- Advocate for the Habitat ReStore in the community
- Complete donation receipts
- Able to lift 50lbs individually on a regular basis
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to determine if a donation is acceptable for the ReStore
- Ability to work with a partner
- Knowledge of Burlington County area a plus
- Well-mannered with ability to interact with wide variety of people
- Minimum Age 18 years old

Description
Habitat for Humanity Burlington County and Greater Trenton-Princeton was formed in 1987 as an outgrowth of a United Way housing force. HFHBCGTP is an Ecumenical Christian housing ministry open to all. HFHBC builds new and rehabilitated homes throughout the year. The homes are sold at no profit with no interest on the mortgage. We give priority to families with young children and to projects that are expected to stabilize existing neighborhoods.
The ReStore is a retail opperation that supports the affordable hosing program. The ReStore resells new and used items to the general public at 50-75% off retail price. The ReStore is a green alternative; the store helps to divert 1,000 of tons of materials from landvilles each year. We couldnt do what we do without our volunteers.
