Respite Care volunteers provide companionship to an elderly person, while temporarily relieving the family caregiver. This allows the caregiver time to attend a support group, grocery shop, relax, run needed errands, or just take a break from the duties of care giving, with the ease of mind that their loved one is safe and taken care of.
