CAM's clothing cellar needs volunteers to help hang clothes. Clothing donations are a large part of what goes into our resale shop, Angels' Attic. Clothing comes in and gets sorted and then needs to be hung for the resale shop. If you have good eye for making sure garments are clean and in good resale condition and like to work with others, this opportunity is perfect for you. Shifts are available Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Shifts available: 10a - 2p, 2p - 6p.

Mission Statement

In faith and partnership with the community, Cypress Assistance Ministries (CAM) turns stumbling blocks into stepping stones by making resources available to individuals and families facing adversity.

For the past 28 years, Cypress Assistance Ministries has been directed by our volunteers. We are a local non-profit organization (501(c)3) which provides services to those in need or facing a crisis. Volunteers lead in our efforts to help our clients with multiple services such as our CAM Client Services program, Operation Jobs, CAM Food Pantry and GED/ESL classes. Angels’ Attic Resale houses the largest number of volunteers for CAM, bringing in and processing donations from the community to sell in the shop providing funds for the ministry. With all these programs in place CAM is able to provide people who come to us a measure of hope and help them return to economic stability.
