Shift Days/Times: Monday - Friday 10 am-1pm & 1pm-4pm, flexible on days. 2 hour shifts accepted.
Guidelines: Working in the gift shop at the cashier station behind the jewelry display counter operating the cash drawer. Frequent or prolonged standing. Must be friendly, willing to help customers with vision, hearing and mobility issues. Person must be versatile and willing to learn and take responsibility.
Description of Opportunity: Daily functions will be operating the cash drawer, balancing money at the end of the day, checking in new merchandise from packing slips, pricing merchandise, waiting on customers, offering assistance picking out merchandise, rotating store displays, cleaning, etc.
What can one gain from this opportunity? This is a great place to meet people and make some new friends. A person can learn new skills and have fun doing it. We offer a 30% store discount to our volunteer staff.
