Potential Volunteers will be trained to become Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) for foster care children in Howard County Maryland. Thirty hours of pre-service training is required. Training will run Monday evenings for 8 weeks. Volunteers will complete training by attending a juvenile court hearing.
