We have an awarding-winning family of volunteers who serve in a variety of ways for Horizon Home Care and Hospice. We all have one mission to accomplish: provide comfort, dignity and love for the dying and their loved ones.

The best part of summer is all the beautiful flowers that bloom and brighten our day! This summer, you can bring that same joy of warmth to hospice and home care patients!

Horizon Home Care & Hospice needs volunteers to participate in our wonderful flower program (Milwaukee / Mequon sites). Knowing that you are creating a bouquet of colorful flowers for our hospice patients is such a joyful, meaningful experience.

Volunteers who serve in this capacity do not need to have familiarity working with flowers! We have educated numerous volunteers on how to creatively repurpose bouquets. All flowers are generously donated to Horizon by Trader Joe’s in Bayshore and Petals for Patients. We are truly appreciative for their support!
