artists panel discussion series -- ARTISTS TALK ON ART (ATOA) see www.atoa.org --
seeks AV volunteer with the ability to run a Canon Vixia HFM30 solid state video camcorder and assist in set up of AV equipment (camcorder, tripod, accessory microphone, wirless mics) appox once a month on a tuesday. Set up at approx 5:30pm, panel starts at 6:30pm and ends at roughly 8:30pm. Run the recorder and take some still photos at each panel presentation. Label tapes on site. Test sound (sound check) and provide general assitance to artists during live panel presentaions. Assist artist presenters testing and loading their power point presentations or other clips. Events take place at the distringuished Victorian-era National Arts Club at 15 Gramercy Park South (East 20th St)
Proper attire required.
