As the Presient and CEO of a small nonprofit, I need help implementidng a well-conceived business plan, specifically in the area of marketing and stategic planning. There is simply too much for one person to do. I can share the business plan with anyone interested in seeing the marketing section and discuss if there are areas which seem to interest prospective volunteers. Mission Statement
RYDF is a non-profit organization that provides funding and programming to racquetball and other racquet sports players with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds from around the world. Our programs include health and fitness engagement, professional playing opportunities, skills training, conditioning, health, nutrition, and personal and professional career development.
Description
Reaching Your Dream Foundation was established in the belief that sports can and should be a metaphor for life. Through proven mentoring based programming, the foundation utilizes fitness, health, nutrition and healthy living messaging to enrich the players and influence the youth and adults in local community settings where the players live and play. With the support of the public, family and friends, RYDF teaches and supports the values of giving it back and paying it forward.
Currently sports such as racquetball played at the highest level are limited to those with the financial means to participate.There are significant financial barriers for many talented young men and women who are qualified to compete, but cannot afford the associated costs.
