Do you love to bake for others? We have several facilities we go to and bake with the residents. If you dont feel comfortable with doing direct patient care you are more than welcome to bake the goodies first and drop them by the office. We would love for you to contact us today to see how you could help.

Description
Hospice is a comprehensive care program designed to provide comfort to the mind, body, and spirit of a patient with a life limiting illness. Cornerstone's hospice program provides the individual care our patients require, while allowing them to remain in their place of residence, preserving dignity and quality of life. Our diverse, professional team works closely with each family to develop an individualized plan for hospice care. Our Team Members consist of: Attending Physician, Hospice Medical Director, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Worker, Chaplain, and Volunteers.
