CLASS offers business consulting services in marketing, strategy, human resources/ organization, finance & IT.

Description:
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven Project Management Office Team.

Job Purpose:

Writes Technical guides, User Manuals, Presentations.

Must be able to understand complex information and communicate it in easy understandable document to people with diverse professional backgrounds.

Should be comfortable with using tools.

He/She should be able to blend text, images, sound, and video in the documentation.

Will liaison with IITM for the technical information & documentations.

Prepares a variety of training and informational articles, reports, and/or manuals that can be published on CLASS website dashboard for internal team benefit.

Support in documenting new or improved existing processes, procedures, templates, etc.

Commitment Required:

Meetings: 2 in person and 2 conference calls on Wednesdays at a weekly basis.

Time: Minimum 5 hours [excluding meeting time].

Specific Requirements (Skills and Abilities):


* Willingness to take initiatives.

* Strong program management skills.

* Excellent in communication and presentation.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.


* Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year.


General Requirements :


* Should have passion for serving community.

* Should be reliable.

* Should have a sense of humor.

* Should have the emotional maturity to be able to work in teams without formal

hierarchy.
