Description:
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven Project Management Office Team.

Job Purpose:

Design & develop interactive training courses.
The candidate will be responsible for creating Training content.

Should align with Learning and Development TL, Other Team Leads, & Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and apply the A.D.D.I.E. (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model, apply adult learning principles and proper instructive principles to develop engaging and interactive training courses.

Collaborate with SMEs to conduct needs analysis, determine appropriate delivery method (eLearning vs. instructor led), and develop objectives and training content based on subject matter, training strategy, and organizational needs.

Monitors course offerings and recommend additions, changes, deletions to keep program current.

Should design Training assessments, track volunteer performance and evaluate the success of Training programs.

Should be able to use the LMS to upload and update Training content.

Commitment Required:

Meetings: 2 in person and 2 conference calls on Wednesdays at a weekly basis.

Time: Minimum 5 hours [excluding meeting time].

* Willingness to take initiatives.

* Strong program management skills.

* Excellent in communication and presentation.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Must attend weekly meeting on Wednesdays on a regular basis.

* Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year.

* Should be reliable.

* Should have a sense of humor.

* Should have the emotional maturity to be able to work in teams without formal

hierarchy.
