Reach Your Potential USA, Inc. is a new nonprofit organization focused on reducing the high unemployment rate for individuals with disabilities. We are not an employment agency. Instead we work with employers to make them more welcoming to individuals with disabilities. We are seeking new members of our board of directors to lead the organization into the future. Candidates should have a strong interest in improving the lives of individuals with disabilities, strong communications skills, and the ability to contribute your time and talents to benefit the organization. Candidates must be willing to participate in events and assist with raising money and awareness. Candidates with accounting, legal, marketing, business, disability advocacy, fundraising, or human resources experience are preferred. The successful applicants will be required to participate in bi-monthly board meetings. Electronic participation is possible.
