Primary Roles and Responsibilities

● Create and monitor a human resources system that complies with organizational objectives.

● Incorporating screening techniques throughout the volunteer placement process.

● Creating job descriptions, conducting effective pre screening interviews, requesting background checks

● Work with team leads to identify staffing needs, and identify hiring potentials.

Manager - Orientation, Training & On boarding

● Responsible for Employee engagement. Orientation of new staff members, and training.

● Coordinates all Human Resources training programs, and assigns the authority / responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs. Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.

Manager - Talent Management & Organization Development

● Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule. Train managers on appraisal system, and coach volunteers accordingly. Resolve grievances regarding employee appraisals; provide counseling to volunteers and team leads as needed and appropriate.

● Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of both the company website, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information; and the employee Intranet, wikis, newsletters, and so forth.

Commitment Required :

Meetings : 3 in person and 3 conference calls

- Attend the respective team meetings - 2 in-person and 2 conference calls

- Attend marketing team meetings - once in person and once over conference call)

Time : Minimum 5 hours [ excluding meeting time ]

Experience : 1-3 years
