Volunteers Needed- be a gift to others

Hospice is a philosophy of caring for people at the end of life. It isn’t about helping people die. It is about helping them have the best day possible, today. That requires a team approach that encompasses body, mind, and spirit. In short, it is all about being a gift to others.

Hospice volunteers are an integral part of the hospice care team. Providing the resources to have the best day today entails a delivery system through the presence of great people like volunteers.

Volunteer for Abode Hospice and be a gift to others. And in the process the people you meet will be a gift in your life as well.

Abode Hospice is a premier hospice serving Colorado, caring for those at the end of life. Though in-person volunteer visits have been suspended since early 2020 due to pandemic protocol, we anticipate safely reestablishing volunteer visits to patients starting mid-2021, incorporating PPE and social distancing protocol, as well as additional training for volunteers. Give of yourself and discover how life-giving hospice can be!
