We are looking for a Security Analyst to report to the Director of Operations.

The Security Analyst will guide the organization through remediating risks and vulnerabilities by doing security assessments, event analysis, and incident response / investigations both pre- and post-implementation of each phase of website development.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security events of network and systems, analyzing logs and packets, and doing data loss prevention

• Design and develop security test scripts

• Evaluate and recommend security tools

• Act as first line of defense and respond to any security incidents

• Perform digital forensic investigations

• Assess security, risk and vulnerabilities within internal and external systems and infrastructure (including third party assessments); develop recommendations for remediation

• Recommend, create, evaluate, and implement policies and procedures related to security, authentication, disaster recovery, and business continuity

• Help bring awareness and support for HHP's programs.

• Strong working knowledge of PHP/MySQL development

• SME across several security domains: network, architecture, web and application, and database

• Experience creating security processes and procedures

• Experience writing security test scripts

• Experience with penetration testing, cryptography, test-driven development, and threat modeling

• Experience with a CMS (WordPress, Weebly, Joomla etc)

• Experience with LAMP/LEMP stacks
