Imagine having a treasured keepsake of your mom, dad, or grandparents discussing their extraordinary lives, in their own voices to pass on from one generation to the next? Would you treasure that and enjoy sharing the lessons learned by older loved ones with others? Our Hospice Audio Recording Volunteers help capture these special keepsake recordings by visiting patients to record stories, memories and comments. Good Shepherd hospice provides training, equipment, questions, and guidance throughout your visits with patients. Everyone becomes a story teller, sharing day to day stories of life, love, lessons learned and simple moments of celebration. Every life has a story, how wonderful would it be if you volunteered to be a part of documenting those special moments.
