Promote: Assist and serve as the promotion team for donor collection promotion for the Pangea Market project. - Street team promotion/advocate - Cultivate donor base for used goods community - Assist in the creative process for creating marketing strategies for the promotion of the Pangea project
Collect: Assist in the collection of used goods
Process: Assist in the process of preparing used goods for shipping - Sorting - Grading - Bailing - Packing

Description
Organizational Use of Goods and Funds
The clothing collected and funding generated from this initiative will be used to meet the market demand for skilled labor in the retail sector. We will provide hands-on train in our own stores and place students into other retail sector demand driven jobs. We will reinvigorate our local affiliates by enhancing our curriculum and training materials, upgrading our equipment and machinery, and renovating and expanding training centers throughout our entire affiliate network.
