Our LUNG FORCE Walk is like no other charity walk. With an inspiring signature song and music, we will celebrate the collective power of our breath. Our voices will soar as we rally our friends, neighbors and colleagues to raise our voices against lung cancer--and for lung health for everyone.

We’ll also raise funds for research, advocacy, education and awareness. The more we raise, the faster scientists can develop early detection methods and protocols to save women’s lives.

Here is the description for the volunteer positions the American Lung Association of the Northeast is in search of for the Walk.

LUNG FORCE Walk Photographer We are looking for a 2-3 photographers with their own cameras to capture both candid and staged photos at the inaugural LUNG FORCE Walk NYC on Saturday, May 18th. The walk route goes halfway across the Brooklyn Bride and back. We would like to station a photographer on the bridge to take pictures of the event participants at the turn-around point. We would also like to have photographers stationed at Pier 16 to take Team Photos and photos of participants in the "Build Our Force Tent" to use on social media. All photographers would be asked to capture hugs, smiles and other special moments at the walk. LUNG FORCE Walk Videographer
We are looking for a videographer who has their own camera and tripod to shoot video in our "Raise Our Voice Tent". Event participants will be asked to read the "LUNG FORCE Pledge" on camera. The footage will be edited and made into a video mosaic.
