Hello!
The MDA of Chicagoland and Northern Illinois is looking for photographers to volunteer their time and talent at our 11th Annual Toast to Life event on Friday, April 28th, 2017 at Park West in Lincoln Park.

We ask that photographers show up 30 minutes before the event start time and stay until the end of the evening.
Typically, all photographs taken at the event will be shared with MDA for use to promote future events, and be shared with guests who attended the event, as well as posted on our social media pages. MDA will provide all volunteers with official written confirmation of their hours served. Photographers names will be mentioned on all social media pages and in photo albums (if requested).

The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a voluntary health agency consisting of a dedicated partnership between scientists and concerned citizens aimed at conquering neuromuscular diseases that affect more than a million Americans. MDA combats neuromuscular diseases through programs of worldwide research, comprehensive medical and community services, and far-reaching professional and public health education.
