San José Clinic is one of the oldest charity clinics in the United States. The individuals and families we serve do not qualify for Medicare, Medicaid, or county health services and cannot afford private or employer-based health insurance.
We invite Pharmacy Technicians to join our team of volunteer healthcare professionals. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm and every 2nd Saturday of the month from 7:30 am to 2 pm.
Would you consider volunteering just a few hours per week or month? Working alongside San José Clinic's bilingual staff, you will bring the Clinic closer to meeting the healthcare needs of our community.

About San José Clinic
Location:

Mission Statement
The mission of the San José Clinic is to provide healing through quality healthcare and education with respect and compassion for those with limited access to care.
Description
One of the oldest charity clinics in the United States, San José Clinic has provided healthcare to the uninsured since 1922. It is the only full-time clinic in the Greater Houston area dedicated exclusively to serving the uninsured. In this area, primary healthcare for the uninsured is grossly inadequate, and specialty care is almost non-existent. Because of the Clinic's extensive corps of volunteers and teaching affiliations, patients are able to access specialty services in addition to primary healthcare.
