Help unload donations and sort them for processing. If you prefer more physical tasks, this may be the opportunity for you!

The Cypress Assistance Ministry Donation Center needs volunteers to help accept and sort donations. These donations include new and gently used items that will then be sorted and then sold in our resale store (Angel's Attic). Sales from our store go on to benefit members of our community through our client services offices (rental assistance, food assistance, etc.).

Volunteers will accept and help unload items donated by members of our community. Volunteers will then help undergo a basic sorting of these donations, and then help take the sorted items to their relative departments for further processing.

The CAM donation center is open Monday - Saturday, 9am - 3pm. We are closed on all major holidays.

This can be a very physically demanding position involving a fair amount of lifting, bending, carrying and standing.

Volunteers must be 16 or older. Teens 14 or older but younger than 16 my volunteer alongside a parent or guardian.

Anyone interested in this volunteering opportunity must attend a new volunteer orientation and tour, and fill out a volunteer application.
