Volunteer with HorsePower
Volunteers are the heart of our program. Come see how you can make a difference in the lives of our students!

Volunteer with Colorado HorsePower, Inc. to help provide support to our students, of all ages, with disabilities. Volunteers regularly help as Side Walkers and Head Walkers. Side Walkers provide physical and emotional support to their student, helping reinforce riding skills and individual student goals. Head Walkers provide various levels of support for their student's horse, depending upon the students skill level on directing their horse. Don't worry if you haven't had experience with horses, you can start out as a Side Walker! We offer General Volunteer Orientations and Head Walking Training. We'd love to have you!!
