We are seeking a volunteer pharmacist to run a monthly pharmacy clinic for our clients. The clinic will assist clients who take multiple medications (polypharmacy). The pharmacist should identify serious adverse medication reactions, increase client understanding of appropriate medication administration, and provide recommendations on medication adjustments for Ramadan. The pharmacist will communicate with the client’s PCP when significant medication interactions or dosing complications are identified. 3 hours time commitment once a month for a minimum of 6 months.
