Our fundraisers supports our non-profit with providing essential funding to schools, non-profits and famiies in need who otherwise would not be able to afford our membership program or our STEAM education program fees.

Working closely with the Philanthropy Events & CRM Manager (, each procurement volunteer will help us procure donations for our upcoming auctions. Our new strategy includes deeper volunteer engagement with a potential themed based approach for items.

June 3, 2017 - Wine, Wings & More! (Silent auction)

October 14, 2017 - Soaring into the Future Gala (Silent & live auction)

We are seeking to gather a team who can support our small staff to help make these auctions a success. We imagine that the team will meet periodically (either in person or conference call) and coordinate their requests and brainstorm the creativity of the packages. From there each person can make magic happen and submit their results as they progress. In addition, all volunteer members of this team are welcome to attend our event steering committee meetings as they wish.

This position works well for people who work full-time but want to help in a meaningful way and leverage your contacts. Times are flexible to fit your personal schedule.
