To keep our House feeling like a "home," our volunteers cook hot delicious brunch on the weekends! Our families love this program! This volunteer opportunity is perfect for families and groups, but individuals are of course welcome, too! Have a baked good specialty? Share it with our families! Bacon, waffles, eggs, and pancakes! If you or your group is interested in cooking, we have plenty of weekend openings available! Shifts are 8am-10am.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. All food must be prepared onsite, unless prepared in a commercial kitchen. Bring ALL ingredients to cook the brunch of your choice!

Description
For the family of a hospitalized child, it can be the most important House they will ever visit. The Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Carolinas (RMHCC) is a home away from home for families of critically ill or injured children receiving treatment in a local hospital in Greenville, S.C. It is our mission to keep families close, while providing hope, encouragement and comfort when they need it most. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year-making sure we are always here to help a family in need.
