Sacramento Artists Council, Inc. hosts 6th Annual Sacramento Beer and Chili Festival to raise money to fund art related grants for field trips and sustaining public school art / music programs.
Volunteers will be requested to assist chefs to serve chili, assist the greeting commitee (hand out VIP packets, general admissions packets), set-up and break-down of festival (signage, EZ Up, table set-up and break-down)
Set-up includes prepping napkins, utenils and guest mugs, set up tables, set-up t-shirt and signage for Sacramento Artists Council Booth.
Break-down includes trash pick-up (which can be done through-out the event for less work at the end.) table break down, admissions placed into boxes.
We feed our volunteers Pizza and give breaks to enjoy the festival.

Description
Via fundraisers and donations we are able to grant funds to public schools to sustain and create art programs for students. In addition, we grant scholorships to high school seniors. Lastly, we assist art programs that assist homeless and under served children of Sacramento.
